Patient had prior rhinoplasty with silicone bridge implant which became mobile resulting in crooked nose. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with removal of the silicone and replacement with gortex, which is Dr. David's preferred nasal bridge implant and gives excellent long-term result. Her tip was improved with an ear cartilage graft and her beautiful new look was completed with a chin implant.

Following primary rhinoplasty patient complained of divergent domes (wide tip) and dorsal hump. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with correction of tip, middle vault and bridge, with temporalis fasica graft to tip.

Patient had prior rhinoplasty resulting in washed out bridge and retraction of tip of nose. This scooped-out appearance is also called a "saddle nose deformity."

The resulting undercorrection and scar tissue have combined to form a "polly beak" deformity.
