Full face, cell-enriched fat transfer can be very helpful during a revision facelift. Note the change in this patient’s eye region: fat was injected around the brows and lower eyelids to decrease their hollow appearance.

This patient did not have a facelift! Fat transfer to full face with Total FX skin resurfacing was performed by Dr. David. Results are 3 months post op. Photos taken after IPL neck.
